Saurav’s journey into the tech industry began far from a conventional path. Coming from a commerce background with a strong passion for sports, his early years were shaped by discipline, competition, and strategic thinking. From playing basketball tournaments and competing in chess to training in Kudo, these experiences built the focus, resilience, and leadership mindset that later guided his transition into technology. Driven by curiosity and a desire to build, he moved into development, laying a strong technical foundation that continues to influence his work today.
 
With over 5 years of experience in the tech industry, Saurav is now a results-driven Project Leader, combining 4 years of hands-on development expertise with 1 year of project management leadership. His journey from developer to project leader allows him to bridge the gap between technical teams and business goals, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. Focused on strategy, execution, and collaboration, he leads with ownership and clarity, transforming ideas into scalable, impactful solutions that deliver real results.
