Our team integrated a custom AI accelerator into a compact vision module, delivering real-time object detection at the edge with under 2W of power consumption. Careful thermal design and hardware-aware model optimisation allowed the module to run TensorFlow Lite inference continuously without throttling — even in enclosed enclosures.
