How does ERPPlugs handle GST on marketplace fees?

Does the integration work if Busy is installed on a local PC without internet?
The PC needs internet access for the ERPPlugs agent to communicate with our cloud. However, the agent is lightweight (under 50 MB) and uses minimal bandwidth. If your Busy machine is offline, you can install the agent on another networked machine that can reach Busy over your LAN.
What happens if my Busy file is locked or being backed up during a sync?
