Marketplace settlement reports include platform commission, shipping fees, and GST on those fees. ERPPlugs parses each component and posts them to the correct Busy ledgers (e.g., commission expense, IGST input on commission), so your GST returns are accurate without manual splitting.
The PC needs internet access for the ERPPlugs agent to communicate with our cloud. However, the agent is lightweight (under 50 MB) and uses minimal bandwidth. If your Busy machine is offline, you can install the agent on another networked machine that can reach Busy over your LAN.
