What free tools are there for small-business phone calls?
Perimattic offers a free missed call revenue calculator that estimates what unanswered calls cost your business each month and year, and an AI receptionist cost guide that explains what AI receptionists and answering services charge. Both are free, need no sign-up and work with your own numbers.

Where does the AI Receptionist fit in?
Perimattic is building an AI receptionist for US small businesses such as dental offices, law firms, medical offices, HVAC companies, plumbers and salons. As planned, it will answer every call 24/7, book appointments into your calendar, ask your intake questions, text back callers it could not reach, transfer urgent calls to a person and send you a summary and transcript of every call.

Do I need to sign up to use these tools?
No. The calculator and the guide are free and open to everyone, with no account or email address needed. The calculator runs in your browser and does not send or store what you enter.
Are the tools tied to the AI Receptionist?
No. They are useful whether or not you ever use an AI receptionist. The calculator works out the cost of missed calls for any business, and the cost guide covers answering services as well as AI receptionists.
Can I use the AI Receptionist today?
Not yet. Perimattic AI Receptionist is in development: it is not live, there is no price, and its features are planned rather than available. You can sign up to hear first when it opens.
