Frequently Asked Questions
Choose a connector in the marketplace and follow its guided setup wizard: connect your ERP, authorise the target app, configure what to sync and how often, then start syncing. Most connectors take about five minutes with no coding.
You need TallyPrime Release 3.0 or later (Tally.ERP 9 is also supported), Windows 10 or later, an internet connection and admin access to TallyPrime. You then install the ERPPlugs TallyPrime Bridge from your dashboard.
Every connector page includes its own setup steps, data-sync table and FAQs. Open the connector marketplace or your ERP's hub page to find the connector you need and follow its steps.
ERPPlugs retries a failed sync up to 3 times with exponential backoff and emails you about persistent failures. Failed transactions are queued in your dashboard for manual review and retry, so no data is lost.
