What this connector does
TallyPrime stores data in its own proprietary format, which means developers and BI teams cannot run SQL queries against it without third-party ODBC drivers that are slow and limited. The upcoming TallyPrime SQL Server connector will replicate Tally data into well-structured SQL Server tables on a configurable schedule. Vouchers, ledger masters, stock items, cost centres, budgets, and custom fields will map to normalized tables with proper foreign keys and indexes. Your existing reporting tools, ETL pipelines, and custom applications will query Tally data with standard T-SQL as if it were a native SQL Server workload.
