Overview

How much will ERPStack Cloud cost?

There is no published price yet; pricing will be announced before ERPStack Cloud opens. The plan is for site plans to be priced by the CPU time a site may use each day rather than by users, with dedicated servers for larger teams. ERPStack is in development, so nothing can be bought or charged today.

Site plans

What will the ERPStack Cloud site plans include?

A site plan will run one ERPStack site on shared infrastructure. Every plan is planned to include automatic upgrades and daily backups; higher plans add offsite backups, custom apps, database access and bug-fix support.

These are planned limits and may change before launch. The plan is for no per-user, per-GSTIN or per-module fee on any plan. Bug-fix support will cover faults in ERPStack itself; it is not training or help with how to set up your business processes.

How pricing works

Why will ERPStack Cloud be priced by CPU time instead of users?

Per-user pricing makes you pay for every accountant, storekeeper and salesperson who logs in, even if they only check a report once a week. ERPStack Cloud plans are instead planned to set a daily allowance of CPU time: the processing the site does when someone saves an invoice, runs a report or imports data.

Reading a screen or filling in a form uses almost none of it, so a team of occasional users should fit comfortably on a small plan. A site that runs heavy reports, large imports or many background jobs needs a larger allowance. If a site reaches its daily limit it will slow down rather than stop, and you will be able to move to a larger plan at any time.

Which ERPStack Cloud plan would you need?

Enter what each site needs and the plan finder picks the smallest planned plan that covers it. If you are not sure how much CPU time you need, start with a smaller plan and move up later.

0.5 hours of CPU time a day, 2.5 GB of file storage and a 0.2 GB database per site, with no user limit.

Planned plans only. Prices will be announced before ERPStack Cloud opens, and nothing is charged today.

Dedicated servers

When should you choose a dedicated server?

A dedicated server will give your sites a whole virtual machine instead of a share of one. It suits businesses running several companies, heavy daily workloads, or anything that needs predictable performance. A server will host as many sites as its resources allow, with no daily CPU-time allowance.

Larger sizes and a choice of region are planned for when ERPStack Cloud opens. For a rough guide to the wider cost of rolling out an ERP, including implementation, see the ERP implementation calculator.

Self-hosted

What about running ERPStack on your own server?

The plans on this page are for ERPStack Cloud, where Perimattic will run the servers. ERPStack is also being built to run on infrastructure you choose. Terms for the self-hosted build will be published with it; see self-hosted vs cloud for how the two compare.

Status: ERPStack is in development. Neither the cloud version nor the self-hosted build is available yet, and nothing on this page can be bought today. Sign up to hear first when prices are announced.

FAQs

ERPStack Cloud pricing, answered

Is there a limit on the number of users?

No. Site plans are planned to have no user limit. Each plan will have a daily allowance of CPU time, so a site with many busy users may slow down once it reaches that allowance; moving to a larger plan or a dedicated server raises the limit.

What counts as CPU time?

CPU time is the processing your site does when it saves an invoice, loads a list, runs a report or processes a background job. Time a user spends reading a screen or filling in a form uses almost none; the work happens in the moment they save.

When will prices be published?

Before ERPStack Cloud opens. ERPStack is in development today, so there is nothing to buy yet. People who sign up hear first when prices are announced and when the cloud version opens.
