What is ERPStack?
ERPStack is an ERP for Indian small and mid-sized businesses that Perimattic is building, with GST billing, e-invoicing, inventory, accounting and manufacturing in one system that you will be able to self-host or run in our cloud. It is in development: not yet available to install, so join the list to follow the build and try it first.
Where ERPStack is today
ERPStack is in development. It is not yet available to download or buy, and the features on this page are planned, not shipped.
Sign upWho is ERPStack for?
ERPStack is for Indian businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and desktop billing software but do not want a long, expensive ERP project: traders and distributors, small manufacturers, multi-location retailers and service firms that bill under GST.
The common thread is GST. Most of these businesses spend real time every month getting invoices, e-invoices, e-way bills and returns to agree with each other. ERPStack is being designed so that a sale is entered once and the invoice, the stock movement, the ledger entry and the return data all come from that single record.
What will ERPStack include?
ERPStack is being built as a set of modules that share one database.
| Module | What it is being built to do |
|---|---|
| GST billing and invoicing | Tax invoices with CGST, SGST and IGST worked out from the place of supply, credit and debit notes, delivery challans and proforma invoices |
| E-invoicing and e-way bills | E-invoice data in the government schema and IRN generation through a GST Suvidha Provider (GSP), plus e-way bills for goods movement |
| Accounting | Ledgers, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation and the data your GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns are built from |
| Inventory | Stock by item, batch and warehouse, with purchase and sales orders feeding stock levels |
| CRM | Leads, a sales pipeline and quotes that turn into GST invoices without re-entry |
| Manufacturing | Bills of materials, work orders and material consumption for small and mid-sized plants |
| HR and payroll | Employee records, attendance and payroll for Indian statutory needs |
| Lending | Loan origination, servicing, collections and RBI reporting for NBFCs and microfinance lenders |
| Point of sale | Counter billing for retail, with stock and GST flowing into the same books |
If one of these matters more to you than the others, say so when you sign up. The order we open modules in follows what the businesses that sign up need first.
Should you self-host ERPStack or use the cloud version?
ERPStack is being built to run in two ways. The software is the same; what changes is who runs the server.
| Self-hosted | ERPStack cloud | |
|---|---|---|
| Who runs the server | You or your IT partner | Perimattic |
| Where data lives | On infrastructure you choose | In our hosted environment |
| Updates and backups | Your responsibility | Handled for you |
| Best for | Teams with IT skills or strict data-location rules | Teams that want to start without servers or IT staff |
| Price | Announced before launch | Announced before launch |
The aim is that you can start in one and move to the other later without re-entering your data. Read more about the hosted version on the ERPStack cloud page.
How will ERPStack handle GST compliance?
GST is the core of the design rather than an add-on. The plan covers four pieces of everyday compliance:
- Tax invoices with every Rule 46 field. Supplier and recipient GSTINs, HSN or SAC codes, place of supply and the right CGST, SGST or IGST split. See the GST invoice format for the full list.
- E-invoicing. For businesses above the turnover threshold, invoices need an IRN from the Invoice Registration Portal. ERPStack is planned to prepare that data and get the IRN through a GSP. See e-invoice software.
- Supporting documents. Delivery challans, credit notes and proforma invoices generated from the same records.
- Return-ready data. Sales and purchase data organised the way GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B need it.

What happens when you sign up?
The sign-up list is for businesses that want ERPStack and are willing to tell us how they work. Joining is free and does not commit you to anything. In return you get:
- Updates as each module is built, with the chance to comment before it is finished.
- First access to the self-hosted build and the cloud version when they open.
- A say in which modules and GST workflows we build first.
Prices are not published yet. The ERPStack Cloud pricing page explains how the planned plans will work; nothing is charged until it opens.

ERPStack, answered
Can I download ERPStack today?
No. ERPStack is in development and there is no installable build yet. You can join the sign-up list on the download page; we will email you when the self-hosted build and the cloud version open, starting with the businesses whose needs match what is ready.
Will ERPStack support GST e-invoicing?
Yes, that is part of the plan. ERPStack is being built to prepare e-invoice data in the government schema and to generate the IRN through a GST Suvidha Provider (GSP). That connection is not live yet, so until it is, the e-invoicing feature should be treated as upcoming.
How much will ERPStack cost?
There is no published price yet. Pricing for ERPStack Cloud and the self-hosted build will be announced before launch. Cloud plans are planned to be priced by the CPU time a site uses rather than by users. Nothing is charged until ERPStack opens, and signing up is free.
