Yes. FreshBooks time entries convert to QuickBooks time activities with the correct customer, service item, hours, rate, and date. If time entries are linked to a FreshBooks project, ERPPlugs maps the project to a QuickBooks class so you can track profitability by project in QuickBooks reports.

ERPPlugs converts FreshBooks recurring invoice profiles to QuickBooks recurring sales transactions. The schedule, line items, customer assignment, and tax settings all carry over. If FreshBooks uses a billing frequency that QuickBooks does not support directly, ERPPlugs maps it to the nearest QuickBooks equivalent.

You can choose whether FreshBooks expenses migrate as QuickBooks expense transactions (for quick single-line entries) or as vendor bills (for approval workflows). Receipts attached to FreshBooks expenses transfer as attachments on the corresponding QuickBooks transaction. Category, amount, tax, and markup data all carry over.

Yes. FreshBooks retainer invoices and client deposits convert to QuickBooks customer prepayments or retainer journal entries depending on your accounting preference. The outstanding retainer balance is tracked accurately so future invoices can be applied against the correct deposit in QuickBooks.
