How It Works

ERPPlugs connects to both the source and destination systems through their APIs. It begins with a schema scan that maps every object, field, and relationship in the source to its counterpart in the destination—surfacing incompatibilities (unsupported field types, missing picklist values, required fields with no source equivalent) before migration begins. You review and adjust the mapping in a visual editor, then run a validation pass that migrates a sample batch and generates a diff report. Once validated, the full migration executes with delta tracking: records created or modified in the source during the migration window are captured and applied to the destination in a final catch-up sync. A post-migration reconciliation report confirms record counts, relationship integrity, and field-level accuracy across both systems.
