How It Works

ERPPlugs connects to each quick commerce platform through their seller-panel APIs or settlement-file ingestion (for platforms without API access). Every settlement is decomposed into its constituent transactions — gross sales, platform commission, logistics charges, return deductions, promotional subsidies, and taxes on fees. These components are mapped to your ERP's ledger structure and posted as individual or consolidated vouchers. Inventory sync runs bidirectionally: ERP stock adjustments push to the platform's warehouse allocation, and platform sales decrement ERP stock in real time.
