What this connector does
Delhivery is India's largest integrated logistics platform by volume, but connecting it to TallyPrime has historically required either a marketplace-specific bridge (Shopify-Delhivery, Amazon-Delhivery) or manual AWB entry into Tally after every booking from the Delhivery dashboard. Both approaches leak time — every dispatch either bypasses Tally or requires double entry. This connector fixes that by wiring the Delhivery Express Merchant API directly to the Tally dispatch queue.
Every sales voucher in Tally with a valid dispatch address is queued for booking with Delhivery Express. The API call carries the buyer address, weight pulled from the Tally item master, dimensions if available, and payment mode (prepaid or COD detected from the voucher). Delhivery returns the AWB, and the connector writes it back into the voucher narration along with the label PDF URL.
