Bank Statement to Excel in Seconds
ERPPlugs Bank Statement Converter takes a PDF or scanned bank statement and produces clean, structured Excel or CSV rows — AI-extracted, bank-format aware, with transaction dates, descriptions, and amounts split into debit and credit columns. Supports major Indian banks. Currently in development.
Three Steps to Clean Data
Upload Statement
Upload your bank statement as a PDF or scanned image. The converter accepts statements from all major Indian banks.
AI Extraction
Our document-AI engine identifies the bank format, extracts transaction rows, and structures them into clean columns: date, description, debit, credit, and balance.
Review & Export
Review the extracted data in a preview table. Fix any edge cases, then export as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV — ready for your accounting software.
Pre-Trained on Indian Bank Formats
Each bank uses a different statement layout. The converter is trained on each one.

Processed in memory
Statement data is extracted in memory and never written to persistent storage. Once you download your Excel file, the source PDF is discarded.
No statement storage
We do not store, index, or retain your bank statements or transaction data on our servers. The converter is stateless — each conversion is independent.
Same infrastructure as ERPPlugs connectors
The converter runs on the same security-audited infrastructure that processes live transaction data for ERPPlugs connector customers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which Indian banks are supported by the converter?+
The converter is pre-trained on statement formats from HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis, Kotak Mahindra, PNB, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Union Bank, IDFC First, Yes Bank, and IndusInd Bank. Additional banks will be added based on user requests.
Is my bank statement data stored on your servers?+
No. Statement data is processed in memory and discarded after export. We do not store your bank statements or transaction data. The converter runs with the same data-handling standards as ERPPlugs' connector infrastructure.
Can the converter handle scanned paper statements?+
Yes. The converter uses OCR to extract transactions from scanned paper statements and photographed passbook pages, not just digital PDFs. Accuracy depends on scan quality — a clear, well-lit scan produces the best results.
