Bank Statement to TallyPrime

Convert your bank statement PDF into a TallyPrime-ready Excel file. The converter extracts transactions, formats dates for Tally import, splits debit and credit amounts, and preserves narration text for easy reconciliation inside TallyPrime. For automated, ongoing bank reconciliation, see our TallyPrime banking connectors.

How It Works with TallyPrime

The bank statement converter outputs Excel files formatted specifically for TallyPrime import. Dates are formatted to match Tally's expected input format, amounts are split into debit and credit columns as Tally requires, and narration text is preserved for matching against Tally ledger entries during reconciliation. This is a one-time conversion tool — for daily automated bank reconciliation inside TallyPrime, ERPPlugs offers dedicated banking connectors that sync directly without manual file handling.
