Ajio seller profit by model, after commission and returns
Brandnata connects to Ajio through the API credentials Ajio issues for each point of business (POB) registered on the seller portal, with payment reports added for settlement details, in about 5 minutes. The connection is read-only by default, and Ajio data is reconciled with every other channel you connect in one dashboard.
Brandnata's Ajio integration brings in orders, returns, RTO and payment reports for each Ajio point of business you sell through. Commission, logistics charges, GST on fees and tax withheld are set against the orders they belong to and combined with product costs and ad spend, showing what a style earns on Ajio once returns are counted.

How Brandnata uses Ajio data
Ajio supplies the marketplace side of a fashion or lifestyle brand. Brandnata combines its orders, returns and payment deductions with product costs and ad spend, then sets Ajio beside Myntra, Nykaa and your own store, so decisions about where to place a range are based on profit.

Ajio data feeds Brandnata's anomaly alerts and AI agent suggestions. The connection itself only reads data and never changes anything in Ajio.
What you can do with Ajio in Brandnata
Specific, Ajio-native use cases, not a generic list that applies to every connector the same way.
Ajio deductions differ between dropship, JIT and fixed-commission arrangements. Brandnata shows margin under every model you use, so you can judge which suits your range.
Ajio payment reports list payouts and deductions with different signs. Brandnata matches each line to its order, so short payments are easy to spot.
See return rate, return logistics and lost sales by style and size, and which styles stop being profitable after returns.
Compare Ajio margin with Myntra, Nykaa Fashion or your own website using the same product costs.
Where Brandnata + Ajio fits
Other ways teams currently piece this data together, and where each one runs out of reach.
| Approach | Coverage | Where it falls short |
|---|---|---|
| Brandnata + Ajio · this page | Orders, returns and payment deductions matched per order and point of business, with product costs and ad spend | N/A |
| Ajio seller portal (native) | Orders, returns and payment reports for each point of business | No product costs, ad spend or other channels, and payment reports need reformatting before matching |
| OMS tools (Unicommerce, EasyEcom) | Order processing and inventory sync for Ajio dropship and JIT channels | Focused on operations, without profit after returns and advertising |
| Fee calculators and spreadsheets | Commission estimates, or payment reports matched by hand | Calculators use generic rates for one model, and manual matching is slow at fashion return volumes |
Ajio works alongside every other connector
Data from Ajio doesn't sit in isolation, it's matched against orders, customers and spend from every other platform you connect, so the full picture shows up automatically.

Ajio integration FAQs
How do I connect Ajio to Brandnata?
Ajio issues API credentials for each point of business (POB) registered on its seller portal. Enter the POB ID and API password in Brandnata for every POB you use, and add payment reports for settlement detail. If you change a POB password, update it in Brandnata too.
What is a POB on Ajio?
A POB, or point of business, is a fulfillment location or store code registered with Ajio. Each POB has its own credentials and orders, so a brand shipping from two warehouses has two. Brandnata reports them separately and combined.
What commission does Ajio charge?
It depends on the business model and your agreement, and Ajio doesn't publish a rate card. Some arrangements charge commission plus forward and return logistics, while others use a higher fixed commission that includes them. 18% GST applies to the fees. Brandnata reads the deductions on your own payment reports.
Why is my Ajio payment less than my sales?
Payments are net of commission, logistics charges and GST on fees, and returns reverse the sale. TCS of 0.5% under GST and TDS of 0.1% under income tax are withheld as well. Brandnata breaks the difference into these lines per order.
How often does Ajio pay sellers?
The payment cycle is set by your agreement with Ajio. A payment report shows which orders it covers, and Brandnata matches them so delivered orders without a payment stand out.
Can I compare Ajio profit with Myntra?
Yes. Connect both and Brandnata applies the same product costs and definitions to both, showing margin per style on Ajio and Myntra after commission, logistics and returns.
Can Brandnata change my Ajio listings or prices?
No. Brandnata reads orders, returns and payment data. It doesn't change listings, prices, inventory or order status on Ajio.
