Ecommerce integrations for every platform you sell, advertise and ship on
Brandnata integrates with 80+ ecommerce platforms across storefronts, marketplaces, ad accounts, analytics, email and SMS, logistics, payments and support. Each connects through OAuth or read-only API access in about 5 minutes, and its data is reconciled into one dashboard, so nothing sits in a separate report you have to check by hand.

One reconciled dataset, not 80+ separate exports
Every connector feeds the same customer, order and product graph. Connect Shopify and Meta Ads, and Brandnata already knows which ad drove which order, no manual stitching, no spreadsheet reconciliation.
No developer time needed, and most integrations take about 5 minutes.
Orders, spend, shipments and reviews are matched to the same customer and product records.
See true blended performance instead of switching between platform-native reports.

More connectors, more of the picture, not more risk
Every integration is designed the same way: safe to connect first, useful immediately, and never a black box about what it can or can't do.
Every connection begins read-only. Write access, the ability to actually change a budget or price, is a separate, revocable grant.
Each connector uses OAuth or read-only API access, approved in the platform itself, with no engineering ticket to file.
Every platform's data lands in the same customer, order and product graph, so nothing needs manual stitching later.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to connect a new platform?
Most integrations connect in about 5 minutes through OAuth or read-only API access. For most platforms you approve Brandnata on the platform's own sign-in screen, and a few, such as WooCommerce and Shiprocket, use a read-only API key or API user you create in their settings. No developer time is required, and historical data typically finishes syncing within a few hours.
Is the connection read-only, or can Brandnata change things in my accounts?
Every integration starts read-only. Brandnata only reads orders, spend, shipments and similar data to build your dashboard. Write access, letting an AI agent actually pause an ad or shift a budget, is a separate, specific and revocable grant you turn on only when you're ready.
What if the platform I use isn't listed here?
Tell us what you use, most requested integrations ship within a few weeks. We're adding new connectors every month across storefronts, marketplaces, ad platforms and logistics.
Do I need to connect everything at once?
No. Most brands start with their storefront and one or two ad platforms, then add marketplaces, email/SMS and logistics connectors as they need the visibility. Each one adds its own layer of reconciled data to the same dashboard.
Will connecting a new platform disrupt my existing setup?
No. Every connector is additive: it adds its data into your existing dashboard without changing how any already-connected platform behaves. There's no migration or re-setup required as you add more.
How is data from different platforms matched together?
Brandnata matches orders, ad spend, shipments and customer records against the same underlying customer and order graph, using identifiers like order ID, email and SKU, so a Meta Ads campaign and the Shopify order it drove show up as one connected event, not two separate numbers.
