Judge.me review analytics linked to returns and profit
Brandnata connects to Judge.me through your shop domain and the private API token shown under Settings > Integrations > View API tokens in Judge.me, in about 5 minutes. The connection is read-only by default, and Judge.me data is reconciled with every other channel you connect in one dashboard.
Brandnata's Judge.me integration reads your product reviews, star ratings, review dates and verified buyer status. Ratings and recurring complaints are placed next to each product's return rate, refunds and margin, so you can see which quality or sizing problems are costing money, not just which products have low stars.

How Brandnata uses Judge.me data
Judge.me captures what customers say about each product. Brandnata links those reviews to orders, returns and refunds from your Shopify or other store, and to the ad spend behind each product, so review feedback can be weighed by the money it represents.

Judge.me data feeds Brandnata's anomaly alerts and AI agent suggestions. The connection itself only reads data and never changes anything in Judge.me.
What you can do with Judge.me in Brandnata
Specific, Judge.me-native use cases, not a generic list that applies to every connector the same way.
See whether low-rated products also have high return rates and refunds, and what that combination costs each month.
When reviews keep mentioning sizing or quality, Brandnata shows the refunds and returns on the same products, which helps decide what to fix first.
Avoid spending ad budget on products with poor ratings and high returns, and favor well-reviewed products with healthy margins.
Track ratings and return rates after a new supplier, size chart or packaging change, and see if the problem has gone away.

Judge.me integration FAQs
How do I connect Judge.me to Brandnata?
In Judge.me, go to Settings > Integrations and select View API tokens. Copy your private API token and enter it in Brandnata with your shop domain. Keep the private token secure, because Judge.me doesn't let merchants regenerate it themselves; if it's exposed, contact Judge.me support for a new one.
Does Judge.me have an API?
Yes. Judge.me's REST API uses your shop domain and an API token. A public token is limited to reading widget data in the browser, while the private token gives full access and is meant for server-side tools such as Brandnata.
Does Judge.me help with SEO?
Judge.me adds review structured data to product pages, which makes them eligible for star ratings in Google results. Google decides whether to show the stars, so they aren't guaranteed. Its paid plan also offers a product reviews feed for Google Shopping.
Can I see which products get bad reviews and the most returns?
Not in Judge.me, which has no return or refund data. With Judge.me and your store connected, Brandnata lists products by rating, return rate and refund value side by side.
Does Judge.me summarize reviews with AI?
Yes. Judge.me can generate a summary of a product's recent reviews with positive and negative keywords. Brandnata goes a step further by putting those themes beside the returns and refunds on the same product.
Does Brandnata include unpublished reviews?
Yes. Hidden and unpublished reviews often contain the most useful complaints, so Brandnata includes them in analysis while keeping their status, without publishing anything.
Can Brandnata publish, reply to or delete Judge.me reviews?
No. Although Judge.me's private token allows changes, Brandnata only reads reviews and ratings. It doesn't publish, hide, reply to or delete reviews, or send review requests.
