Meesho supplier profit after shipping, returns and penalties
Brandnata connects to Meesho through the Meesho Supplier API credentials that Meesho issues to your account on request, with payment files from the Supplier Panel added for settlement details, in about 5 minutes. The connection is read-only by default, and Meesho data is reconciled with every other channel you connect in one dashboard.
Brandnata's Meesho integration brings in your Meesho orders, returns, RTO, shipping charges, penalties and payments. Meesho charges no commission, so profit depends on shipping, returns and the products that come back damaged or wrong. Brandnata matches those costs to each order and shows the real margin per product.

How Brandnata uses Meesho data
Meesho supplies high-volume marketplace orders, often from smaller towns with more cash on delivery and returns. Brandnata combines its orders, returns and payments with product costs and compares Meesho with Flipkart, Amazon and your own store, so you can see whether the extra volume adds profit or only adds returns.

Meesho data feeds Brandnata's anomaly alerts and AI agent suggestions. The connection itself only reads data and never changes anything in Meesho.
What you can do with Meesho in Brandnata
Specific, Meesho-native use cases, not a generic list that applies to every connector the same way.
With zero commission, a Meesho order's margin depends on shipping, returns and product cost. Brandnata shows the products where those costs leave nothing behind.
Track return rate, return shipping and wrong or damaged returns by SKU, and see which listings need better photos, sizing or packaging.
Check each payment cycle against delivered orders, so missing payments and incorrect deductions are found while there is still time to claim.
Where Brandnata + Meesho fits
Other ways teams currently piece this data together, and where each one runs out of reach.
| Approach | Coverage | Where it falls short |
|---|---|---|
| Brandnata + Meesho · this page | Orders, returns, RTO, shipping and penalties matched per order with product costs, giving profit by product and channel | N/A |
| Meesho Supplier Panel (native) | Orders, returns, payments and claims for your Meesho business | No product costs or other channels, and payments must be matched to orders by hand |
| OMS tools (Unicommerce, EasyEcom) | Order processing, labels and inventory sync through Meesho's Supplier API | Focused on operations, so return costs and margin per product still need separate work |
| Payment files in spreadsheets | Meesho payment files matched to order and return exports | Heavy at Meesho order volumes, and returns that settle in a later cycle are easy to miss |
Meesho works alongside every other connector

Meesho integration FAQs
How do I connect Meesho to Brandnata?
Meesho's Supplier API isn't self-serve. Request API access from Meesho for your supplier account, then enter the credentials Meesho issues in Brandnata. Payment files from the Supplier Panel can be added for settlement detail, and orders and payments can be uploaded as reports until API access is approved.
Does Meesho charge commission?
No. Meesho charges 0% commission across categories. Suppliers still pay shipping, which Meesho calculates from the packed weight and delivery zone, return shipping on customer returns, penalties for issues such as wrong or missing items, and 18% GST on these charges.
Why is my Meesho payment less than the order value?
Payments are net of shipping charges, return costs, penalties and GST on those charges. TCS of 0.5% under GST and TDS of 0.1% under income tax are also withheld. Brandnata lists each deduction against the order it belongs to.
What is the difference between a Meesho return and RTO?
A return happens after the customer receives the order and sends it back. RTO (return to origin) means the parcel was never accepted, for example a refused cash on delivery order. They're charged differently, so Brandnata reports them separately by product and pin code.
When does Meesho pay suppliers?
Meesho pays on a cycle that starts after an order is delivered, and the Payments section of the Supplier Panel shows the expected date for each order. Brandnata flags delivered orders that have passed their expected date without a payment.
How do I claim a wrong or damaged return on Meesho?
Raise a claim from the returns section of the Supplier Panel soon after the parcel arrives, with your packaging and unboxing video as evidence, since Meesho only accepts claims within a limited window. Brandnata shows the cost of wrong and damaged returns by product, which helps prioritize which claims to pursue.
Can Brandnata change my Meesho catalog or prices?
No. Brandnata reads orders, returns and payment data. It doesn't change listings, prices, inventory or order status on Meesho.
