Okendo reviews and fit data linked to returns and profit
Brandnata connects to Okendo through your Okendo User ID and Merchant REST API key, found in the Okendo app under Settings > Integrations, in about 5 minutes. The connection is read-only by default, and Okendo data is reconciled with every other channel you connect in one dashboard.
Brandnata's Okendo integration reads your reviews, star ratings, attribute answers such as fit and size purchased, and post-purchase survey responses. Sizing feedback is placed next to each product's return rate and refunds, so you can see which fit problems are costing money and whether a size chart change fixed them.

Everything Okendo sends into Brandnata
Once connected, new reviews, survey responses and loyalty activity sync throughout the day. Okendo's API allows 2 requests per second, so the first import of a large review history can take longer.
Reviews & ratings
Reviews with star rating, recommendation, text, media, date, status and verified buyer status, by product and variant.
Fit & attributes
Answers to attribute questions such as runs small to runs large, size purchased and usual size, as set up in your store.
Survey responses
Post-purchase survey answers, such as how a customer heard about you.
Loyalty activity
Loyalty members, points earned and points redeemed, if you run Okendo Loyalty.
How Brandnata uses Okendo data
Okendo captures how customers rate each product and how it fits. Brandnata links those answers to orders, returns and refunds from Shopify, and survey responses to ad spend from Meta Ads and Google Ads, so fit problems and attribution claims are both weighed in money.

Okendo data feeds Brandnata's anomaly alerts and AI agent suggestions. The connection itself only reads data and never changes anything in Okendo.
What you can do with Okendo in Brandnata
Specific, Okendo-native use cases, not a generic list that applies to every connector the same way.
See which products customers say run small or large, beside each product's return rate and refund value.
After changing a size chart or pattern, track whether fit answers and return rates on that product improve.
Compare how customers say they found you with the orders each ad platform claims, to see where attribution disagrees.
Compare the margin and repeat rate of loyalty members with other customers, after the cost of rewards they redeemed.
Where Brandnata + Okendo fits
Other ways teams currently piece this data together, and where each one runs out of reach.
| Approach | Coverage | Where it falls short |
|---|---|---|
| Brandnata + Okendo · this page | Ratings, fit answers and survey responses by product, beside return rate, refunds, margin and ad spend | N/A |
| Okendo reporting (native) | Review reporting, survey results and loyalty program reports | No return, refund or margin data, so the cost of a fit problem isn't visible |
| Data pipelines | Okendo reviews and survey responses loaded into a warehouse or BI tool | You build and maintain the joins to orders, returns and ad spend |
| Review exports in spreadsheets | Okendo exports matched by hand to product and return reports | Attribute answers need manual counting, and the view is out of date quickly |
Okendo works alongside every other connector

Okendo integration FAQs
Okendo details on this page were last checked against Okendo's own documentation on .
How do I connect Okendo to Brandnata?
In the Okendo app, go to Settings > Integrations, open the credentials for your API integration and copy your User ID and Merchant REST API key. Enter both in Brandnata. The key is meant for server-side tools only and isn't limited to reading, so keep it private.
Does Okendo have an API?
Yes. Okendo's Merchant REST API uses HTTP Basic Auth, with your User ID as the username and a 32 character API key as the password. It covers reviews, customers, loyalty, survey responses and quizzes, and allows 2 requests per second. A separate Storefront API serves on-site widgets.
What are Okendo review attributes?
Attributes are extra questions on the Okendo review form. Range questions place a product on a scale, such as runs small, true to size or runs large, while select questions record details such as size purchased or usual size. Each store chooses its own attributes, and Brandnata reads whichever you use.
Can I see which sizing problems lead to returns?
Not in Okendo, which has no return or refund data. With Okendo and Shopify connected, Brandnata shows each product's fit answers, such as the share of reviewers saying it runs small, beside its return rate and refund value.
Does Okendo work with stores other than Shopify?
Okendo is built for Shopify and Shopify Plus brands and is installed from the Shopify App Store, where it's listed as Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty. Besides reviews, it offers loyalty, referrals, surveys and quizzes, with pricing based on monthly order volume.
How does Okendo compare with Yotpo and Judge.me?
All three collect product reviews for Shopify stores. Okendo is known for structured attribute data such as fit and sizing, and bundles loyalty, referrals, surveys and quizzes. Yotpo pairs reviews with loyalty and referrals, and Judge.me focuses on reviews. Brandnata connects to all three and links reviews to returns and margin.
Can Brandnata edit or reply to Okendo reviews?
No. Okendo's Merchant API can update reviews, post replies and adjust loyalty points, but Brandnata only reads. It doesn't publish, edit or reply to reviews, change loyalty balances or send review requests.
