How do I connect GoKwik to Brandnata?
Connect the Shopify or WooCommerce store that uses GoKwik checkout, and Brandnata picks up GoKwik orders with their payment mode from your store records. For checkout fees and GoKwik's own reporting, export reports from the GoKwik merchant dashboard and add them in Brandnata.
Does GoKwik have a public API?
GoKwik doesn't publish a self-serve merchant API. Its integrations with other tools are set up through partnerships or on request, which is why Brandnata relies on your store's order records and GoKwik's dashboard reports.
How does GoKwik reduce RTO?
GoKwik scores the risk of each order at checkout using data from its merchant network, then responds, for example by asking for confirmation, offering an incentive to pay online or limiting cash on delivery for high-risk orders. Brandnata measures the result in delivered orders and RTO cost.
Is COD less profitable than prepaid?
Often, but not always. COD orders tend to have more RTO, which costs forward and return shipping on a sale that never happened, plus COD handling charges. Prepaid orders carry payment fees and sometimes a discount. Brandnata compares both after all of these costs, by product and pin code.
Does GoKwik checkout affect my analytics tracking?
It can. GoKwik replaces the standard checkout, so tools that rely on the platform's own checkout pages may miss events. Brandnata reads the completed orders from your store rather than checkout page events, so GoKwik orders are counted.
GoKwik, Shiprocket Checkout or Razorpay Magic Checkout?
Each one says it improves conversion and reduces RTO, but there's no independent benchmark. The fair test is your own data: compare RTO rate, conversion and profit per order before and after a switch. Brandnata keeps those numbers on the same definitions whichever checkout you use.
Can Brandnata change my GoKwik checkout settings?
