EasyEcom orders and returns, turned into profit by SKU
Brandnata connects to EasyEcom through your EasyEcom API key and account credentials, which Brandnata uses to request an access token from the EasyEcom API, in about 5 minutes. The connection is read-only by default, and EasyEcom data is reconciled with every other channel you connect in one dashboard.
Brandnata's EasyEcom integration reads orders, returns and inventory from every channel you manage in EasyEcom, including marketplaces and quick commerce. Those orders are combined with marketplace fees, courier and RTO costs and ad spend from your other connections, so you see profit by SKU and channel, not only operational reports.

How Brandnata uses EasyEcom data
EasyEcom is the operations layer for many Indian brands. Brandnata adds the costs that sit outside it, such as marketplace fees from Amazon and Flipkart, courier charges from Shiprocket or Delhivery and ad spend, turning EasyEcom orders into profit by SKU, channel and month.

EasyEcom data feeds Brandnata's anomaly alerts and AI agent suggestions. The connection itself only reads data and never changes anything in EasyEcom.

Where Brandnata + EasyEcom fits
Other ways teams currently piece this data together, and where each one runs out of reach.
| Approach | Coverage | Where it falls short |
|---|---|---|
| Brandnata + EasyEcom · this page | Orders and returns from every EasyEcom channel combined with fees, courier and RTO costs and ad spend, giving profit by SKU and channel | N/A |
| EasyEcom reports and EasyReco (native) | Order, inventory and return reports, plus marketplace payment and return reconciliation | No ad spend from Meta, Google or Amazon Ads, so profit stops before marketing |
| Data pipelines | EasyEcom data loaded into a warehouse or BI tool | You build and maintain the profit model and the ad data joins |
| Exports in spreadsheets | EasyEcom order and return exports matched with settlement and ad reports | Slow at high volumes, and returns from an earlier month are easy to miss |
EasyEcom works alongside every other connector
Data from EasyEcom doesn't sit in isolation, it's matched against orders, customers and spend from every other platform you connect, so the full picture shows up automatically.

EasyEcom integration FAQs
How do I connect EasyEcom to Brandnata?
From your primary EasyEcom account, generate an API key under Account Settings > Change credentials. Enter it in Brandnata with the account credentials EasyEcom's API requires, and Brandnata requests an access token. Changing the key or credentials in EasyEcom ends access.
Does EasyEcom have an API?
Yes. EasyEcom's API covers orders, returns and inventory. Each request needs an access token and an API key, and tokens are renewed periodically, which Brandnata handles automatically.
Does EasyEcom show profit after ad spend?
No. EasyEcom reconciles marketplace payments and returns, but it doesn't hold data from ad platforms. Brandnata adds ad spend so profit includes the cost of winning each order.
What is EasyReco?
EasyReco is EasyEcom's reconciliation module, which checks marketplace payments and returns against orders. Brandnata doesn't replace it. It answers a different question: which SKUs and channels make money once all costs are included.
Does EasyEcom work with Blinkit and other quick commerce apps?
Yes. EasyEcom can receive purchase orders from quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit. Brandnata uses that data along with your Blinkit reports to calculate profit per SKU in quick commerce.
EasyEcom or Unicommerce?
Both are order and warehouse management systems used by Indian brands, and Brandnata connects to both. The choice depends on your operations. For profit reporting, Brandnata uses the same definitions whichever you use.
Can Brandnata change orders or inventory in EasyEcom?
No. Brandnata reads orders, returns and inventory. It doesn't create or cancel orders, update stock or change listings.
