In short

What happens after you sign up?

A Perimattic engineer reads your details and replies by email. If the AI Suite fits your use case, we agree the deployment model, data residency and security details with you, then help you instrument your first production or pre-production AI system. Pricing is discussed with each pilot team before general availability and depends on the use case and deployment.

  • Who it is for

Platform, ML and risk teams running LLMs, agents or RAG pipelines in production or close to it, especially in regulated industries.

  • What we ask

Your use case, your stack and your timeline, so the first conversation is about your system rather than a generic demo.

How onboarding works

Three steps from sign-up to first trace

  1. Sign up

Tell us what you’re building, your stack and the regulations you answer to.

  2. Scope

A Perimattic engineer reviews your use case and agrees deployment and security details with you.

  3. Instrument

We help you instrument your first production or pre-production AI system on OpenTelemetry.

Before the first call

Useful things to have ready

None of these are required to sign up, but they make the first conversation faster.

Want to get a head start? The OpenTelemetry GenAI instrumentation generator writes setup code for your language and provider, and the AI observability maturity assessment shows where your team is today.

  • A short description of the AI system and who uses it
  • The models, providers and frameworks it runs on
  • Whether you already use OpenTelemetry or another tracing tool
  • The regulations or audits the system is in scope for
  • Any data residency or hosting constraints
  • A rough idea of monthly request volume

FAQ

Common questions

Short answers about how the pilot, pricing and onboarding work.

Is Perimattic AI Suite available now?

Not generally yet. We are onboarding a limited number of pilot teams before general availability, and each one is onboarded by a Perimattic engineer.

How much does the pilot cost?

Pricing isn’t published yet. We discuss it with each team based on the use case and the deployment it needs. The pricing page explains how that conversation works.

Can we keep data in our own region or environment?

Hosting model, region and data residency are agreed with each pilot team in the security review, before any production data is sent.

What do you do with the details I send?

We use them to review your sign-up and reply to you. See the Perimattic privacy policy for how personal data is handled.

We only want to talk about security first. Is that possible?

Yes. Mention it when you sign up, and the first conversation will cover deployment options, data handling and access control.
