Salesforce NetSuite Integration - Quote to Cash Sync
The ERPPlugs NetSuite-Salesforce connector syncs Accounts, Contacts, Quotes, Opportunities, sales orders, invoices, and items between Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite. It uses NetSuite SuiteTalk and REST web services together with Salesforce REST APIs and Platform Events. Closed deals create NetSuite sales orders, and order, fulfillment, and invoice status return to Salesforce.
Run quote-to-cash across Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite, with sales orders created from closed deals and invoice and fulfillment status returned to the CRM.
What this connector does
Companies that use Salesforce for selling and NetSuite for finance need the handoff between them to be dependable, especially with subsidiaries, price levels, and approval holds in play. This connector maps Salesforce Accounts to NetSuite Customers, Quotes and Opportunities to sales orders, and NetSuite invoices and fulfillments back to Salesforce. Mappings are configurable per subsidiary and support NetSuite custom fields and records.

Frequently Asked Questions
ERPPlugs connects through NetSuite SuiteTalk web services and the REST API, authenticated with token-based or OAuth 2.0 credentials on an integration role you create. You control which record types the role can read and write. Salesforce is connected through a Connected App.
Yes. ERPPlugs lets you map Salesforce Accounts and Opportunities to NetSuite subsidiaries using a field or rule you define, such as region or legal entity. Currency and tax settings are taken from the target subsidiary. This avoids orders landing in the wrong entity.
ERPPlugs records the NetSuite error message against the Salesforce Opportunity or Quote and places the record in a retry queue. A Salesforce Task can be created for the owner so the issue is visible to sales. Once the data is fixed, the record can be reprocessed without re-entering it.
ERPPlugs can map NetSuite custom fields on standard records, and custom records exposed through the web services, to Salesforce fields or custom objects. Field types and picklist values are checked during mapping. Anything unmapped is skipped rather than guessed.
ERPPlugs writes invoice numbers, amounts, status, customer balance, and credit hold flags to Salesforce records you choose. Reps can see them on the Account or Opportunity page. Which fields are shown is controlled by your Salesforce page layouts and field-level security.
